Welcome to the Home Page of Child Guard Systems, Inc., a Risk Management Company with offices located in Richardson, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. If you own or manage an organization with employees or volunteers that has interaction between adults and minor children then you are totally responsible for the protection, safety and well being of any child entrusted to your care. You must be extremely careful of who you place in charge of children. Without question your organization should have, as part of their human resource policies and procedures, policies to deal with “Child Protection”, whether from sexual abuse, physical abuse, or verbal abuse. As with all of the organization’s policies and procedures, the “Child Protection” policies must be made available to every individual that has contact with minors. You should also provide routine and consistent training to those individuals and additionally enforce testing for comprehension of the material. You must also be able to document these actions if called on by a court of law. Child Guard Systems, Inc. has developed a web based platform to deliver your personalized Child Protection Policy, including video training and testing to demonstrate comprehension. Once a person has received their training, an individualized online test is given to that person and when an acceptable score is achieved, demonstrating comprehension of the policies, a Certificate of Completion can be issued. Additionally, we can perform a Criminal Background Screen in order to provide further evidence that the organization is doing everything within its ability to show that “Child Protection” standards have been established and provided to all employees and volunteers. By issuance of a unique User Name and Password we are able to track each individual’s progress and keep you informed of anyone that has or has not completed all the assigned tasked you require.
